Fun fact: the Fremont Oktoberfest was voted by USA Today and Orbitz.com as one of the top places to toast Oktoberfest. Plus, the Fremont Chamber of Commerce is the beneficiary of the Fremont Oktoberfest. A portion of the proceeds goes toward funding local schools, art groups, community events and promoting Fremont as the "Center of the Universe."
